Senior sports executive with 29 years of experience in international sport governance, strategic leadership, and Olympic relations. Proven track record in transforming federations, driving compliance, and building global networks.



KEY EXPERIENCE
Secretary General – World Archery (2005–2025)
Led global operations, strategic planning, finance, marketing, and Olympic relations. Secured archery’s position in the Olympic program and established governance best practices. Oversaw compliance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across 160+ member federations.

Director – European Office, World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) (2002–2005)
Managed European operations and worked with all international sport bodies to implement Anti-Doping measures and enhance compliance. Built strong relationships with IFs and NOCs to ensure adherence to WADA Code.

Executive Director – Fédération Internationale de Tir à l'Arc (FITA) (1996–2002)
Directed daily operations, coordinated major events including Olympic archery competitions, and professionalized the federation’s structure.

Associate Analyst – Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT) (1994–1996)
Provided asset support for clients in major financial hubs such as London, New York, Paris, and Luxembourg.
